Shipping and Returns

Claims for Missing or Damaged Merchandise:

UPS loss or damage: We will trace delayed parcels with UPS. For damages, retain the shipping cartons and damaged goods. Contact UPS for inspection and contact us via phone or email. This procedure must be followed for goods to be replaced or credited.

Any claim for missing parts or damaged merchandise must be received by us within 5 days of delivery of merchandise. We will not honor claims after this timeframe.

KitchenArts  is not responsible for packages which are lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please carefully check and confirm addresses before submitting your order. Be sure to include your apartment number, floor number, etc. UPS or other shipping companies are not responsible for address corrections or verification of address.

Returns of New Merchandise:

We will accept returns on new merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

Spare parts are not returnable or refundable.

To assure proper credit, no returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid; collect shipments will be refused.

If you need to return an item, please call our customer service department during office hours (10am – 4pm EST) at:  508 230 5985 for instructions or email us at: sales at kitchenarts.com requesting an RMA# and give the reason for the return. You can also fill also the RMA request in your account .

Any merchandise returned with or without an RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and in its original packaging ONLY.


Returns of Defective Merchandise (not valid for international shipments):

We will process a refund or exchange on a defective item within 30 days of receipt. Beyond 30 days, all defective claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer’s service representative. We will provide you with the contact number as soon as you contact us with your problem.

In order to return a defective item, you will need to request an RMA# and instructions via email to: sale at kitchenarts.com

In your email, please state if you wish to return the item for credit or for replacement:

If you choose a replacement, we will ship you a brand new unit and refund you for the shipping costs of returning the defective item back to us.

If you choose to receive a credit, you must pay for the shipping back to us, and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed to your return.

Returns of Used Merchandise:




We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
